You do not see it often but every once in a while I come across a t shirt that has gone through a flocking process instead of a painting process. It is a method of Screen Printing that uses glue instead of ink in the process. Once the glue has been screened into the shirt it is then covered with a flocking material which builds up on the surface of the t shirt. I have some t shirts that have the flocking applied with soft material and some that have been applied with a foil material that makes it stand out even more.
