My Mother-in-law bought us a shiny new Industrial Mixer Stand for my birthday, she knew I loved baking and it was the absolute perfect gift! I have been playing with it non stop!  I think my husband and I have both gained at least twenty or so pounds each in the last few months from all the goodies!  I even made my own bread in it for the first time!  I never thought I would be this exited about a new mixer but it is amazing!  Although I should probably start learning how to make healthier foods in it now, before we get to fat to reach the counter to use it!
