Become a Part of the League

I’m usually leery about the effectiveness of nutritional supplements. I’ve tried so many over the years and seen little to no difference. I decided to try no explode only after a strong recommendation from my trainer. A few months ago, I started a boot camp training regimen, one that includes strength training. My instructor is a former drill sergeant and extremely knowledgeable about weight training supplements. He recommended No Explode to our group as an easy way to increase the energy level necessary for our intense training sessions. It works, and fairly quickly too. I wasn’t crazy about the fruit punch flavor but blue raspberry is delicious.
