Homes are good only if they are in good locations. There are many locations that are suitable for beautiful homes. People love to think that they have good and expensive homes but if the location is not nice then no matter how nice the home is, people will not think of it as a nice home. The neighborhood must be good too.
Living in an area where crime is low is desirable. If you have a school nearby or a park then the home will be even more valuable.
People often would pay more for a good location but they will not pay more if the home is nice but in a bad location.
