Many people want to get into the real estate investing game but if you live in Toronto the problem is that most homes are very expensive.  This makes buying a home for the purposes of flipping it a challenging task.  But there are other areas that are just outside the city that are more affordable but still offer a decent return on your money.  Take Ajax real estate for example.  It is just to the west of Toronto but recently the increase in home values was very close to that of Toronto but the main difference is that Ajax homes can be much less expensive making them more attainable.
