Become a Part of the League

I have recently adopted a much healthier eating plan at the insitance of my doctor.  I need to lose a great deal of weight and she wasted no time intelling me what could happend to me if I neglect myself.  I have know for some time that I really should lose some weight, but the way she explained it made me take action.  I have been eating a lot of vegetables and am learning to love their taste.  I am trying to find woks or stir fry pans that are affordable that I can use to prepare my healthier cuisine more easily.
