I was surprised to read about a Pasadena defense attorney who was arrested for falsifying his business records to cover up misuse of his client’s money. It is terrible when you trust someone to invest your money for your future and they just steal it from you. I heard this lawyer was trying to pay back what he took, but it was about half a million dollars. At least the people will get some money back. He will probably be disbarred even though he is trying to redeem himself.
