One day, I was reading a story about a single mother who sued some company for malpractice and that company is now claiming to work on the situation. The mom filled out some ppi claims like the other people I know who did. I think it is worth it if you know you’ll win the case. I swore some people have no common sense and did a fake claim which will come and bite them back when they least expect it. For now, they may be lucky but they shouldn’t take advantage of it.
