Teaching ESL is just like teaching any other class. It generally revolves around teaching English, and basic English skills. A lot of ESL teachers also need to speak other languages, like Spanish, so that they can understand and relate to their students. Learning in a foreign environment can be extremely hard on some students, so they decide to forget it and they don’t try. esl lesson can help kids understand what they’re doing so they don’t feel as lost. Teachers who teach these classes need to have understanding, as this is all new and foreign for their students, but its the most rewarding.
