A recent hit and run victim has hired a powerful Cape Coral injury attorney.  The local police have reviewed the traffic surveillance tapes at the scene of the accident and has identified the suspect who has now been arrested.  It appears the male victim will make a full recovery from his injuries and will be discharged from the hospital in as early as next week.  The Cape Coral injury attorney has expressed outrage that the suspect left the scene of the accident without a call for emergency assistance to aid the victim.  The suspect has had a history of DUI’s and it does appear as if this may have been the motivation for leaving this accident.
