One night I was bored and decided to surf the Net for a while.  I found a site which claimed to be able to find people easily, so tried to locate someone, just for kicks.  There was an astonishing amount of information available about them, so I tried a phone books search for some old friends.  Again I located current information on several of them. I did get in touch with my friends and we began talking, but I also began using the same sites for my business.  I had  no idea the Internet could make finding people so efficient and easy.
