Every once in a while, I’ll get a wild west idea in my head about how to improve a certain tool, or even draw up an idea of my own. — While I was in the glass and re-glazing business, I often found myself looking for better ways to do my job. It seemed that every window unit or fixed pane of glass needed a slightly different approach in how they were repaired. Over the years, my co-employee and I came up with quite a grouping of tools for each job. We got so good at our original designs we even pondered applying for a Patent Pending for those we used the most.
