The simplest way to boost your metabolism is with the right healthy foods and eating in right way. Divide your meals to 6 or 7 smaller meals each day. The most awful thing which can be done is to eat 2 large meals every day and do nothing in between. When you do that, your body cannot digest all you have eaten and it is stored as fats. Moreover when your body is inactive for hours during a day in between meals your metabolism slows down.
