Recently I have found that an alternative process is usually better, even though most computers have a built in system that defragments the computer’s drive.  Just using much less of your system’s capability, the good Registry Cleaner I used will do this process as well as many other helpful ones.  You do not want to spend all day trying to get your computer running right since these processes can be very time consuming.  Then it’s a good idea to use a third party software to do a superior job on your PC.  I would recommend it to anyone if they want to save time on their PC.
