I worked for a large computer company for many years, most of which were spent handling the distribution of those computer devices. During my time there, I had particular trouble with Computer transport, as they were often broken or damaged in some way during the course of trying to move them from our company to other companies. Because I had been placed in charge of the distribution of these computer devices, it fell upon me to discover how best to protect our computers during this Computer transport. Computer transport was basically what my department handled, so it was pivotal to our branch that this problem was resolved.

If the problem was failed to be resolved, then there was a very real possibility that my branch would be closed down and all of my five employees would be out of a job. I was determined to not let that happen.

I spent the next few days discovering new ways in which It moving would be safer for the equipment. it moving, I found, was being disregarded in many ways such as packing techniques. I found that during It moving, many of the computers were harmed due to ineffective packing.

To resolve this problem in It transport, I simply reprimanded the loading dock workers and made sure that these problems would not happen anymore during It transport. Now my department thrives with our new attention to the It transport process and out branch is no longer under threat of downsizing or closing.
